Supervisory Board

Jürgen Braun

Jürgen completed his studies in business administration at the University of Mannheim in 1983. This was followed by the extra occupational doctorate. From 1983 – 1990, he worked in a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm. The appointment as a tax consultant took place in 1988 and as a certified public accountant in 1991. In 1998, he co-founded the partner company Braun, Völkl & Partner. He is a certified public accountant and tax consultant and is a member of the IDW and LSWB. His areas of expertise are: mergers and acquisition, as well as company succession/ anticipated succession.

Peter Litvin

Peter has over 20 years of experience managing the financial, risk and operational infrastructure of global alternative asset managers. During his career, he has worked with and has been a board member of both onshore and offshore funds, Limited Partnerships and corporate entities. He has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the corporate governance needs of these companies, funds and LP’s. Peter is a qualified Management Accountant.

Walter Krejci

Walter is an economist that graduated from Linz University (Austria) in 1989. In 1991, he received his MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He started his career at the M&A subsidiary of Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank (today HVB/ Unicredit) in Munich advising mainly bank clients on selling transactions. Walter is the current CEO and co-founder of Auriga Corporate Finance. Walter has strong experience in pre-IPO equity investments, capital increases and other complimentary services that help innovative small and mid-caps to develop successfully.

Manuel Alves Monteiro

Manuel was the CEO of Euronext (Lisbon) and executive board member of Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Lisbon Stock Exchanges. He has also acted as board member of EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies), ECOFEX (European Committee of Options and Futures Exchanges), FIABV (Ibero American Federation of Stock Exchange - Buenos Aires), IFCI (International Finance and Commodities Institute - Geneva), ECMI (European capital markets institute - Brussels), Catalist Institute (Chicago), and several listed and unlisted companies.
